This page explains what information Versed Studio collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we keep it simple: we only collect what we need to talk to you about working together.

Who we are

Versed Studio is a content studio run by Joey Mulcahy and a small team, based in Australia. We build bespoke AI content systems with brands. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email [email protected].

What we collect

This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We collect personal information in two ways:

• When you brief us. The "Brief us" button opens a form hosted by Youform. When you submit it, you may share your name, email, company, and details about your project. That information is sent to us so we can respond.
• When you email us. If you contact us directly, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and stay in touch about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we use to run the studio:

• Youform hosts the brief form and passes your submission to us.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
• Email and document tools (such as Google Workspace) hold our correspondence with you.

Each of these providers handles your information under their own privacy terms. We do not pass your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are in contact or working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to or restrict how we use your information, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
